We are available to serve you Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9 am to 6 pm, and Wednesdays from 1 pm to 8 pm. We are closed for lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm. On Friday’s, our staff takes phone calls from 9 am to 12 pm but the office itself is closed. We are also closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to being charged an additional fee.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For our self-pay patients, we offer discount pricing if the service is paid in full at the time of the appointment. We are a preferred provider with several insurance companies and are glad to file insurance claims for customer convenience.
